LATEST RELEASE
14 APRIL 2026
The most-requested export is now the one we would use ourselves. Every row leaves the register with its own provenance attached, so a reviewer can trace it back without asking you.
CSV and XLSX exports keep frozen headers, column widths and a separate audit trail sheet.
Each row carries a control ID, source link and last-tested date — no manual reconciliation.
Exports above 50,000 rows stream with a resumable link instead of timing out.

02 — EARLIER RELEASES
Older entries stay online with their original dates. Corrections are appended, never overwritten.
2026.3
31 MAR 2026
Auditor and buyer access now carries a hard expiry, a named owner and a complete read log.
Guest sessions expire after 7, 14 or 30 days; renewal needs an owner.
Revoked access disappears from the register immediately, not at the next sync.

2026.2
17 MAR 2026
The ISO/IEC 42001:2026 amendments are mapped automatically. Existing evidence stays attached to the amended control.
Amended controls are versioned side by side; nothing is silently replaced.
A diff view shows exactly which clauses moved.

A read-only connector lists endpoints, versions and deployment approvals from Vertex AI.
Endpoint versions are reconciled nightly against the register.
Approval state is read from the deployment record, not re-entered.

16 DEC 2025
Systems, tiers, open exceptions and the decisions requested — in an export a board member can read without narration.
Available as PDF, DOCX and a print stylesheet.
Every figure links back to the register row it came from.

Retrieval now returns the exact artefact and clause. Answers without a citation are marked as unverified instead of guessed.
Citations open the source record in a side panel.
Unverified answers are excluded from exported packs by default.
